PRIVATE BETA TESTING

I can’t sign in

Use the email or username and password you chose during account setup. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot your password?” and enter the recovery code you saved.

How do I find someone?

Open Friends, search their name or username, then open their profile to send a friend request. Once they accept, their conversation appears in Messages.

A photo disappeared before I saw it

A photo can only be opened once. Closing it, leaving the app, losing the connection while it opens, or reaching the end of the timer uses that view. Ask the sender to send it again.

I don’t see a screenshot receipt

Receipts rely on the iPhone reporting a screenshot while Fanyello is active. They can be delayed while offline and cannot detect another camera or every possible copying method. An absent receipt does not prove that a photo was not copied.

How does location sharing work?

Open Map, choose the friend, then choose 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 8 hours to share one current position. In the TestFlight app, “Share live until I stop” keeps it updated in the background. You can stop sharing with that friend from the same screen.

Who can see my videos and profile?

Signed-in members can find profiles. When posting a video, choose Friends or Discover. Discover videos can be seen by other signed-in members. Profile statuses and featured content have their own audience choices.

How do I report or block someone?

Use the report or block controls in the app. Reports go to the owner for review. If a message or video raises an immediate safety concern, do not wait for a reply from the app before contacting local emergency services.

How do I delete my account?

Open You, then Privacy & account settings, then Delete account and conversation. Enter your current password and confirm. The current pilot also removes the shared active conversation for both testers.

How do I send feedback?

Use “Send Beta Feedback” in TestFlight or the email listed on Fanyello’s TestFlight page. Tell us what you were doing and what happened. Never include your password or recovery code.
